One of the benefits of going public is acquisition currency that can be used to buy revenue. Snap has $31.4 billion worth and should spend $1.5 of it to take over camera and aspiring drone maker GoPro. If Snap does not grow faster, its shares could be decimated like GoPro’s have been.
