After a partnership was signed in mid February 2017 with the Tokyo Institute of Technology, leading blockchain R&D company IOHK has struck a deal with the University of Edinburgh’s School of Informatics to invest in a new Blockchain Technology Laboratory, with $0.5m-$1m a year slated.
