MCProHosting claims to be the largest and highest performing server platform, I just wanted to share this in hopes that I can sway someone from hosting their server with them.

I opted for MCProHosting because it had options for very cheap plans. This was perfect for me as I only planned on playing with one friend.

First of all, they billed my credit card twice for first month of the server. Ok, not a big deal. I opened a ticket and they told me they would apply it to my next month's balance.

For the next 3 days, the server was extremely laggy to the point where it was unplayable. Again, I opened a ticket. They told me that they would fix a "hardware issue" and that the lag should stop. To be fair, it did get much better over the next 48 hours, but then the server crashed completely.

As I am writing this, my server has been down for a total of 72 hours and counting. I've again had to open a ticket, this time they told me that they would move my server to a different node, however they cannot do so without the server being online.

If I could, I would move my entire map to another hosting company because this ordeal is ridiculous considering I only want to play with one friend. However, my map is being held hostage by them because they have not gotten around to fixing their servers in over 3 days.
