Yahoo says Marissa Mayer will leave board after Verizon deal closes, will operate under new name Altaba
CEO Marissa Mayer will be resigning from the board after Yahoo completes its acquisition by Verizon. She is not the only one to depart from the combined company, which will become an investment company known as Altaba, Inc.
