A very obvious example of the work that village spawns need so they seem more fluid in worlds.
A very neat village spawn location, hindered by the terrain.
It is a very anti-immersive event to find a village that plays victim to the horrible spawning mechanics that minecraft contains. It is even further irritating to find that the location of the village is in a very great location and on the edge of 2 or more biomes.
Obviously you can spend time tearing down and fixing a village for it to make sense and be functional, but should that really fall on the player to repair a generative set of buildings just so it makes sense.

I really recommend checking out the location of this village in this world, it may encourage you to see the need for improved village spawn mechanics.
