Playable Mobile Ads — A Hot Trend or The Future?

The mobile advertising industry continues to grow and innovate at a fast pace.  One of the newest mobile ad formats to emerge in the last couple of years is the playable or interactive ad.  As the name suggests, these are ad units that enable the user to interact with and experience an app before it is downloaded.  The concept is the mobile app version of test driving a car.
