As many industry watchers expected, the Galaxy Note 7 has been cancelled. The fix that Samsung put in place for the exploding batteries in its critically acclaimed phablet has not solved the issue and replaced units continued to catch fire. The decision has been made to stop production completely. The Note 7 is no more. It is an ex-Note.
