It’s a story we’ve heard with video games and crowdfunding before. Wasteland 3, inXile’s followup to the successful Kickstarter project Wasteland 2, has nearly hit its lofty $2.75 million goal just about a day after going live. Wasteland 2 did the same thing, after all. There’s a difference here, however: Wasteland 3 is being funded on Fig, the video game industry’s first equity crowdfunding website.
