Samsung has to be as agitated as the ions in the batteries of its Note 7 devices now that a replacement phone with a presumably safe battery has shown a similar propensity to catch fire as those recalled last month. The latest Note 7, on an airplane no less, started heating up while in the traveler’s shirt pocket.
