With job candidates and employees now empowered to provide instant feedback on their employers, we are seeing the “yelpification” of the workplace. Now, at any time, employees can rate a company’s culture and management just as they rate a hotel, restaurant, or movie. In much the same way that marketing departments have become customer-centric, human resource departments are now employee centric and developing strategies that go well beyond foosballs and on-campus gourmet food to create compelling employee experiences.
