So you’ve created a great product and attracted a lot of adopters. You’ve got money coming in through VCs. You’ve got a small, but growing workforce and all the industry publications love your product.
Congrats! That’s a tremendous start. But in today’s highly competitive tech space, it’s not enough.
You need to consider partnering with someone bigger than you, someone who has the cash flow, employee talent and business acumen to see you to that next level. Because as we’ve seen time and time again, if you don’t, the odds are, a bigger competitor will steal your concept and crush you.
