Americans are bored at work. According to Gallup, nearly 70% of us are unhappy with our jobs and are working far beneath our potential. We haven’t found our groove, or what psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi calls flow, a state of mind when “your whole being is involved, and you’re using your skills to the utmost.” In short, nearly 70% of us haven’t found our true calling.
