Apple is notorious for messing with its devices in the name of “revolution,” but really the only thing that gets shaken up are the nerves of the brand’s hardcore fanbase, who have begrudgingly had to accept everything from different battery chargers to contact-deleting iOS updates. The company’s most recent device, the iPhone 7, continued this trend and removed the auxiliary jack from the casing, forcing consumers to use its minuscule, easily-lost (and thus constantly replaced for a hefty fee at Apple retailers) Bluetooth-powered earbuds.
