It’s fascinating how two seemingly totally disconnected events can sometimes turn out to be so closely tied. Last night, after speaking at a conference in downtown Chicago, I used Lyft to get to O’Hare airport for my return to Detroit. This morning General Motors CEO Mary Barra participated in an opening keynote interview at the World Mobility Leadership where she spoke at length about technology, people, autonomous vehicles and the future of personal mobility.
