For startups intent on establishing themselves in the creative districts of the world’s major cities, office space can prove detrimentally expensive. This is especially true in London’s Shoreditch district where leasing and fitting-out a 600 sq ft of office space would cost $66,706 per year. That’s according to Knight Frank who compared office costs for startups across global cities.
