The trend of international soccer clubs getting involved with eSports is not a new one, but it’s about to hit a crescendo in Germany. According to an article by Oliver Voss of WirtschaftsWoche, eight teams, led by powerhouse Bayern Munich, are reportedly exploring options to field eSports divisions to expand their reach and influence.
