Sleep, much like water, is an essential ingredient for staying alive. But, much in the way soda does little to act as a hydrating drink, staring at computer and phone screen all day does little to help our sleep. However, unlike soda, staring at computers and phones is less of an option when these items are a daily fixture of our social and professional lives.
