It’s official, when the 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV goes on sale in the next few months, it will be the first sub-$40,000 electric car with an EPA estimated range of more than 200 miles. The EPA has finished their number crunching and the Bolt EV will carry a range estimate of 238 miles on the window sticker.
