With the 2016 NFL season kicking off tonight, football fans throughout the country are organizing fantasy football leagues, pick’em contests and survivor pools.  While in many states it is entirely legal for football fans to organize fantasy football contests, the legal status of survivor pools and pick’em contests — especially online — remains dubious.
