Why is it that every time you go to the doctor, the doctor shows up at least 20 minutes late for the appointment? To dig deeper into the question, I dove into the operations of more than 50 healthcare providers this past year. I looked at resource utilization profiles at three different types of clinics  to understand the problem and how best to solve it.
