Target’s new Chief Information Officer (CIO), Mike McNamara, has totally revamped the IT department and the company’s attitude toward technology since coming on board in 2015. He has oversight of Target’s technology team including stores, on line and mobile access as well as distribution centers and headquarter facilities.
