Former head of Comverse Technology Kobi Alexander will return to the US this week after 10-year legal battle with prosecutors. Alexander, 64, will face charges for stock options fraud at Brooklyn federal court on Wednesday.
Alexander had faced 35 criminal counts in 2006. Now he will plead guilty to a single offence: backdating stock options.
