Hi all. My 10 year old loves Minecraft and for his birthday, he wants it on our mac so he can get the zelda hyrule princess castle something which he is unable to access on the kindle fire.

My question is two fold 1. Can he somehow access the Zelda Hyrule castle on the Kindle? My preliminary googling says no. 2. I went ahead and bought/downloaded Minecraft for Mac but its telling me that we have the Mac OS x 10.7.5 version and the app needs the Mac OS x 10.8 or later version. What do I do? I am so lost.
