I have this established house on the surface, kinda getting the hang of Minecraft. Someone suggested digging diagonally down to bedrock and finding diamonds around there. So I dug from my basement. At level 10 from the bottom I cracked through a wall and saw light, figured it was lava. Nope, I literally busted right into a long lost base I'd set up deep in a cave. I had got lost and died down there, never thought I'd find my way back. Screenshot from the top, inside the tunnel and where I came out (left of the furnace).
