The announcements for new “skinny” bundles of broadcast and cable networks have continued unabated with DISH Flex Pack entering the fray and Hulu and others on the horizon. This makes it a useful time to look at where we are in the rainbow quilt of emerging alternatives to traditional video packages offered by cable and satellite providers (MVPDs).
