There’s a new generation of kids moving through their teen years right now; it’s the generation after the Millennials. We’ve named them Gen We. In order to begin to understand this new generation, I offer some of the core issues that will follow them as a generational cohort. I also suggest what this group’s values mean for business, citizenry, and the planet.
