In a counter claim filed Tuesday morning in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the startup brings claims against the four former employees in a slew of allegations, including that the engineers violated their non-solicitation and non-compete agreements, disclosed proprietary company information and breached their fiduciary duty to the company, among others.
