China’s efforts to control the flow of data outside of China also affect anti-corruption enforcement.  That issue is ever more important with the U.S. government’s recent announcements that it is seeking to accelerate the pace of overseas anti-corruption enforcement. One area of focus is how a company with Chinese operations will respond to demands for information from the United States.
