Any game published by Microsoft Studios — i.e., ant Xbox One exclusive game — will be made available on both PC and Xbox One through Play anywhere, and one purchase will suffice whether you want to play on PC or console. That means there is effectively no such thing as an Xbox One exclusive any more, and that’s a big win for Microsoft.
