Liquid Telecom, a U.K-based broadband provider which is controlled by Strive Masiyiwa, Zimbabwe’s richest man, has reportedly agreed to acquire South African telecoms operator Neotel for $6.55 billion ($430 million) from Tata Communications, a subsidiary of Indian conglomerate, Tata Group.
