This one has just about everything you'd want in a Survival seed.

A village is not far away (-x, -z), with a chasm, horses, cows, wolves, and sheep on the way there. Chickens are in the village. A pumpkin is perched on a ledge not far off (-x, z). A mineshaft is just below a small island (x, 0), with more horses, cows, pigs, and a lava pit on the way there. The nearest biomes are river, plains, forest, desert, and savanna. A nether fortress is nearby (-x, -z).

Basically, about the only things lacking in the early game are carrots (village is all potatoes, beets, and wheat) and melons.

There's nothing spectacular about the seed – it's just an excellent starter that gives a little of everything.
