While it’s fairly commonplace to hear of American companies suing Chinese companies, it’s less common the other way around. In a twist, Chinese tech company Hangzhou Chic Intelligent Co. Ltd. became one of the latter last week when it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Razor USA LLC.
