The new blocks are great! But… they should be used somewhere, don't you think? So I suggest that the nether fortress floors should use red nether brick, to add some variety to the bland fortresses. This would also mean that Red Nether Brick stairs should be added, and why not Red Nether Brick slabs? Feel free to add to this. Pictures of this in-game are here, and the original posting on /r/MinecraftSuggestions is here. For whatever reason the screenshots are darker than they were in-game, so you might need to zoom in to clear it up. Any thoughts?
