I had the pleasure of interviewing Edlynne Layrea, a consultant who currently works with Johnson and Johnson, about how she came to the realization that she, despite her lack of STEM background, was a woman in technology. One of the things that struck me about Edlynne’s realization is the fact that in order to succeed in today’s day and age, you have to have a level of technology savvy that was previously reserved for those who worked in technology.
