Hard drive manufacturer Western Digital reported its fiscal third quarter 2016 earnings on April 28, reporting a 21% year-over-year decline in net revenues to $2.82 billion. (Fiscal years end with June.)  Both revenue and EPS were roughly in line with consensus estimates and significantly lower than prior year quarter levels as shown in the table below.
