Chinese billionaire Jia Yueting gained a lot of attention last week when he launched LeSEE, a concept electric car with autonomous driving functions that is also showing at the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition this week. Jia, founder of a Netflix-like video site Letv (now called LeEco), is talking about making a vehicle that would eventually surpass Tesla’s premium models through its own technology research. But details have been scant.
