The start-up world can be a cold, lonely place–ultra competitive, highly paranoid, and, in many cases, macho to a fault. The pressure is intense, the hours too. Add to it the cruel math that roughly nine out of ten start-ups fail and, well, it understandable that a founder can use a support group–or two.
