Billionaire investor, Jim Breyer, is betting that tens of millions of Asian students will grab their backpacks and smartphones to join their western peers on the study abroad circuit. Today Breyer told me his firm, Breyer Captial, has invested in the global student housing platform, Student.com, to take advantage of that trend.
