By the nature of things, the number of Millennial employees is growing. Depending on the definition of the demographic, Pew Research indicates that they already make up approximately 34% of the American labor force. However, unlike their Generation X and Baby Boomer colleagues, 58% of Millennials say they expect to leave their jobs in three years or less.
