Console exclusives are a strange thing, here in 2016. The vast majority of AAA releases are multiplatform, and, by and large, you can play pretty much whatever games you want no matter which console you decide to go for, unless its the Wii U. And yet we’ve still got these games, the few that you need actually need a specific machine for. There’s a lot of pressure on them, giving that they become the prime differentiating factor between the Xbox One and the PS4. Now, however, the Xbox One may have its first great exclusive — Quantum Break.
