The many tentacled monster centered upon my wireless router is about to grow. Starting tomorrow, you’re going to be able to remotely stream your PS4 to either a Windows PC or a Mac as part of Sony’s PS4 3.5 update, codenamed Musashi. I’ve been playing with this feature for a little while with my Xbox One, and there’s a certain wonderful alchemy to it. Not to mention utility — with this, I can play work games upstairs while my girlfriend watches TV. I’m excited to start doing the same thing with PS4. Now, given the way I’ve st my office up, it would be just as easy to run an HDMI from my PS4 to my monitor, but that wouldn’t be as fun, now would it?
