I often tell about the daily struggles and triumphs of analytics professionals wrangling data in pursuit of insights for their companies. But, there’s a different kind of drama after we’ve found answers and vetted them into solid recommendations for colleagues in some other department. That’s the point where data and workforce dynamics – some say politics – intersect, and it’s not always a smooth crossroads.
