Core services are still listed as up and running, so you shouldn’t have a problem using your Xbox One for most normal things: signing in, playing games, etc. According to Microsoft, the problems are occurring when you try to find people to play with out there in the big world of Xbox Live. Hopefullythe company will have this thing hammered out soon.
