We?re a loud, angry country right now and loud, angry things catch our fancy. ‘Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice’ doesn?t succeed in many conventional ways, and the critics hate it — but as is the mood with Washington right now, moviegoers are saying f*** the critics. The film strikes the emotional tone of the moment, and the filmmakers are standing under a rain of money as a result.
