As we stand in 2016, we have too many devices. This has given rise to and popularized the term ‘omni-channel’ as a means of expressing the shape of different device form factors. With mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, phablets and more) existing in a world also populated with desktops (remember them?), kiosks (think airport check-in machines and onwards), smart TVs and all manner of wearables… our software is about to break unless we find ways to test it across form factors.
