I’m currently in the middle of experiencing the South By Southwest conference, mixing in the interactive, music and film strands over ten days in Austin, Texas. There may be lots of futuristic ideas, fantastic films, and mind-blowing music, but the part of me concerned about technology in the real world knows that SXSW has once more shown up a truth about the world of smartphones.
