Qualcomm is back. The chip manufacturer ruled Mobile World Congress! Everybody loves Qualcomm right now! If I had to award a prize for the best product at MWC, then I would find it very easy to justify choosing Qualcomm. But the real winning move happened in 2013, and it came from Apple.
