‘Far Cry Primal’ Should Be More Like ‘Far Cry 2’

There’s something jarring about running through Far Cry Primal’s Oros, spear in hand, crouched in the brushes and stalking your Udam kill for the glory of the Wenja. It’s a raw feeling, one that hopes to evoke that back to the basics, stab the guy with a sharp rock concept that permeates the game. And then you see a bunch of icons and objective markers floating everywhere and it just feels off.
