If You Can’t Trust Your Car To Listen To You, How Can You Trust It To Drive Itself?

While the industry is racing toward the deployment of fully autonomous cars by 2020, J.D. Powers’ annual study on vehicle dependability shows consumers don’t have a ton of confidence in today’s technology. The number of problems with infotainment, navigation and in-vehicle communication systems is on the rise, accounting for 20% of all customer-reported problems in the firm’s survey.
