It used to be that releasing buggy games with borderline functional to outright broken servers was all the rage, but now, it seems, open betas are coming into vogue instead. Square Enix’s upcoming Hitman recently had a closed beta for pre-order customers, but the developer has announced that PS4 owners with PS+ will also be getting an open beta starting on March 4th. The open beta will feature the game’s training level along with a hint of the title’s open-ended assassinations.
